Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lap joint method for metal foil, which enables a lap joint of the metal foil to be reliably performed by using general-purpose noncontact welding equipment, and a joint structure.SOLUTION: In a lap joint method for metal foil 12, a temporary joint step of temporarily joining the adjacent pieces of metal foil 12 in such a manner as to bring them into intimate contact with each other in the state of stacking the plurality of pieces of metal foil 12, and a welding step of performing noncontact welding of a temporarily-joined adhesion part 18 of the plurality of pieces of metal foil 12 are carried out. Thus, a joint structure 200 can be obtained.
