The lap laser welding equipment is configured to pressurize the plurality of overlapped members W1, W2 to be welded into tight contact with each other, and to irradiate the welding points with a laser beam LB and is equipped with a nozzle 1 which is disposed movably with respect to a plurality of the overlapped members W1, W2 to be welded, and inside which the laser beam LB is guided, and a spherical member 2 which is held at the tip of the nozzle 1. A spherical member holding part 10 for slidably holding the spherical member 2 is formed on an inner side at the tip of the nozzle 1. The spherical member 2 has a laser beam transmission section 20 which transmits the laser beam LB guided within the nozzle 1 and a pressurization section 21 which is made to abut on the plurality of the overlapped members W1, W2 to be welded, and pressurizing members.
