Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind a lap while inhibiting licking even without any flanges on a bobbin when winding the lap around the bobbin.SOLUTION: A lap winding apparatus winds a lap 19 compressed by calender rollers 18 around a bobbin 17 which is rotated by an endless belt 16 wound around a plurality of guide rollers 11-15. The lap winding apparatus includes: a bobbin support shaft 21 on which the bobbin 17 is fixed while being restricted by a restriction mechanism in movement in the axis direction of the bobbin 17, and which is rotatably supported by a bearing at least at one side; and a guide mechanism which is connected to the one side of the bobbin support shaft 21, and which restricts the movement of the bobbin support shaft 21 in the axial direction and guides the movement of the bobbin support shaft 21 in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
