Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the lapping device, which can prevent the floating of a lapping carrier during the rotation, by providing an internal gear, which is formed by laminating plural plate gears, and a plate outer gear, which rotate the lapping carrier for rotation and revolution cooperatively with the internal gear.
CONSTITUTION: In a lapping device, lapping carriers 1-1" respectively formed of a hole 4, in which a material to be worked is inserted, and a gear formed in the peripheral part are rotated for rotation and revolution on a surface plate 7, flowing the polishing agent, so as to polish a work. An internal gear 2 to rotate the lapping carriers 1-1" with rotation of a driving shaft 61 of a driving unit 6 is formed by laminating plural plate gears 24-24. A plate outer gear 3, which rotates the lapping carriers 1-1" for rotation and revolution cooperatively with the internal gear 2 is provided. The driving unit 6 rotates the internal gear 2, and while moves it in the vertical direction.
