Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a due to assembly of an inferior unit by properly selecting the inferior unit, while improving reliability of synchronizing action by lapping a synchronizer unit for a transmission in a single part condition.
SOLUTION: A receiving plate 12 engaging respectively in a direction of rotation with a synchro ring 2 and an inner cone 4 to mountably/demountably hold the synchro ring 2 and the inner cone 4 is provided, on the other hand, a pressure means is provided, which presses the inner cone 4 toward the receiving plate 12 to apply a specified load to the synchro ring 2 and a contact surface of the inner cone 4 and a double con 3. By providing a driving gear applying rotary torque to the double cone 3 mounted in the receiving plate 12 through the synchro ring 2 and the inner cone 4, a synchronizer unit 1, is decided whether it is good or bad by the torque applied to the receiving plate 2.
