Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform correction due to wear.SOLUTION: A lapping surface plate 1 comprises: a flat plate-like upper plate 2; a lower plate 3 forming, at an upper face, a mid-high section 8 where a center is most high; and a bolt 13 for detachably fixing an outer edge of the upper plate 2 to the lower plate in a state that the upper plate 2 is set on the lower plate 3. In a fixed state of the upper plate 2 by the bolt 13, the upper plate 2 is curved and an upper surface of the upper plate 2 becomes a convex.
