Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large automobile wheel to reduce weight as a necessary strength is held.
SOLUTION: A thick angular part 23 is formed radially internally of a flange part A22, a thin angular part 30 is formed radially internally of a flange part B32, the disc outer peripheral part 33 of a disc 40 is fitted in the bead sheet vertical surface 23b of the thick angular part 23, and the outer peripheral end part 34 of the disc is welded and joined. In a so formed large automobile wheel, the thickness of the thick angular part 23 is increased to a value higher than that of the thin angular part 30.
