To provide a large bundle binding machine which has a simple mechanism to be used on desk top and which stably binds a large bundle.

A lifting mechanism 40 is provided to, after the table 30 is rotated 90 with the large bundle 10 placed thereon, pull up the rotated large bundle 10 to position the bundle 10 inside a loop guide.
