Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a work environment of surface plates, and secure a storage space of a hoisting jig by arranging the assembling surface plates by a plurality, arranging freely extensible columns around the surface plates, and arranging a mountable and demountable cover having a hoisting fuction.
CONSTITUTION: A surface plate 30 is composed of concrete, and has sufficient strength against an assembling time load. Marking is applied to the surface plate, and a block carried from a factory is assembled according to the marking. Four or more columns 31 are buried and fixed around a layout position. An assembling column 33 is arranged above a fixed column 31 through a sleeve type insert joint 32, and is added according to a height of an assembling lining plate. A receiving column 34 is arranged in the top part of the assembling column 33, and supports a cover 36 serving also as a balance. When the cylindrical lining plate is suspended, the reciving column 34 is rotated, and is comstituted so as not to become a hindrance. A temporary scaffold 35 is arranged between the assembling lining and the plates 31, 33 and 34.
