Title:
LARGE-SECTION SHIELD EXCAVATING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3445174
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-section shield excavating method which can excavate more accurately in a large-section rectangle by separately excavating a portion with a large rectangular section to be excavated several times by use of a small-sized excavator adapted to excavate by vertical and lateral oscillation, reduce the work cost, prevent lowering of the cutting speed and cavating speed of the excavator itself, finely set the excavating set earth pressure, and prevent the occurrence of earth banking on the ground right on the portion to be excavated or outflow of muddy water on the ground.
SOLUTION: An excavator is formed by providing an excavator hood 1 in which the interior of a rectangular cylinder with a large section is partitioned like a grid-like section to form plural square cylinder-like excavating sub-dividing parts, and disposing an excavating inner surface wall assembling device in the rear. The front of the excavating sub-dividing part is excavated, sequentially the excavator installed in the other excavating sub-dividing part is operated to excavate the front of the excavating sub-dividing part to excavate in a large-section rectangle as a whole, the excavator hood 1 is moved to the excavated front, and in the rear, a reinforcement wall is installed on the excavated inner surface by the excavating inner surface wall assembling device.
