To utilize a large-sized submerged pump excellent in drainage performance by moving it in a construction site full of rocks on the ground.

A submerged pump body is placed on or inside a base with a prescribed height, and an opening is provided in the side face of the base. A dividing drain outlet dividing drain into two or more is provided in the drain outlet of the pump body. The amount of water suction is ensured by the opening of the base, and entry of large rocks is prevented by adjusting the dimensions of the opening. The dividing drain outlet allows the use of a low-cost pipe member such as a commercially available hose, and ensures the ease of mobility.
