PURPOSE: To keep an output of laser beam definitely and to detect an abnormality of the output of laser beam.
CONSTITUTION: In a laser beam soldering device where a laser beam outputted from a laser beam oscillator 6 is passed through fiber cables 8A, 8B, 15, etc., and introduced to laser heads 9A, 9B, and the laser beams outputted from the laser heads 9A, 9B irradiate an object part to be soldered and the soldering is executed, the irradiating power of the laser beam is detected with an irradiating power detecting part 23, and the output of the laser beam outputted from the laser beam oscillator 6 is detected with an oscillator output detecting part 20. Then, by combining an irradiating power data and an oscillator output data with a controlling unit 22, the output of laser beam is automatically and safely kept by correcting the output of laser beam based on these detecting data.
