Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the symmetry of the intensity distribution of laser beams.
SOLUTION: The laser apparatus is provided with an oscillator 10 which emits laser beams in which the intensity distribution of the beams and diffusion angular distribution are asymmetrical on both sides of an orthogonal line orthogonal to the central axis of the laser beams, a dividing means 12 which divides the laser beams into two parts, an inverting means 14 which inverts divided one laser beam at both sides of orthogonal lines, and composition means 13 and 17 which composite one laser beam inverted by the inverting means 14 with the other laser beam divided by the dividing means 12.
