Abstract:

To provide a laser arc composite welding head which can perform a welding without coming into contact with peripheral members when being used in a narrow space.

An optical fiber 13 is arranged, with the optical axis intersecting the axial center of an MIG electrode 22 at an angle . After laser beams LO inputted through the optical fiber 13 are parallelized to obtain parallel laser beams L1, the parallel laser beams L1 are reflected on reflection mirrors 15, 16 as split laser beams L2a, L2b and polarized.
