Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform the uniform laser beam heating by providing an absorption plate between a beam expander and an irradiating device and inserting this plate in an optical path of a laser beam to uniformize the beam surface density of the laser beam.
CONSTITUTION: The absorption plate 17 is arranged between the beam expander 9 and the irradiating device 10 and inserted in the laser beam and the insertion position is regulated, by which a part of the laser beam is absorbed by a net of the absorption plate 17 to uniformize the laser beam surface density. By this method, the laser beam having the uniform laser beam surface density is projected on an object 15 to be heated to perform the uniform heating.
