Abstract:
To provide a laser beam machine capable of consistently and correctly controlling the focusing position of laser beam for machining.
In the laser beam machine having a lens 1 to focus laser beam 8 on a work 2 and at least two lasers, the work 2 is machined by controlling the focusing position of the laser beam 8 for machining to be at a predetermined position to the work 2. The frequency band when the distance between the lens 1 and the work 2 is controlled to be constant is different for each laser beam, and the distance between the lens 1 and the work 2 is controlled by simultaneously controlling these laser beams.
