Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stabilize the laser beam machining by arranging cylindrical lenses or cylindrical mirrors ≥ two between a laser beam oscillator and a mask constituting a pattern to adjust the dimensions and an angle of spread of a laser beam.

CONSTITUTION: The laser beam 2 emitted from the laser beam oscillator 1 is bent downward orthogonally by a bending mirror 3 and projected on the mask 4 through the concave cylindrical lens 30 and then, the convex cylindrical lens 31. By the titled machine with this constitution, since the dimensions and the angle of spread of the laser beam can be adjusted, the laser beam energy density can be made appropriate and the laser beam machining can be stabilized.
