PURPOSE: To easily perform precise secondary machining by using plural machining heads by providing a condensing part fine adjustable means to carry out fine adjustment of a laser beam condensing part in the direction vertical to the proceeding direction of a laser beam with respect to a machining head main body.

CONSTITUTION: The laser beam condensing part 35 of the machining head is fitted freely slidably in the horizontal direction to machine material 9 to be machined. An arm part 40 tightened by a bolt 41 is projected to the side on one end of a flange part 34 of a tubular member 17 and a micro-head 42 of a micrometer is fitted to the arm 40. When an operation part 43 of the micro- head 42 is operated to turn, a movable shaft 44 moves in μm unit. The movable shaft 44 is connected with a lens case 36 and slid in the Y direction. Secondary machining necessitating accurate alignment of an optical axis is easily carried out by using the plural machining heads.
