Because the cutting gas 25 is injected from the inner nozzle 21 as well as the cutting auxiliary gas 33 is injected from the outer nozzle 27, cooling effect for a work is improved. Because a tip of the outer nozzle 27 arbitrarily/freely moves/adjusts a relative position for a tip of the inner nozzle 21, an injection range of the cutting auxiliary gas 33 is freely adjusted and an optimum machining condition is easily set.
