To a tip of a laser beam machining head main body 9A accommodating condensing lens 13, an inner nozzle 21, which is arranged to a condensing side of the condensing lens 13 and injects a cutting gas 25, and an outer nozzle 27, which is arranged around the inner nozzle 21 through a space 29 and injects a cutting auxiliary gas 33 from a gap with a tip of the inner nozzle 21 through the space 29, are arranged. Because the cutting gas 25 is injected from the inner nozzle 21 as well as the cutting auxiliary gas 33 is injected from the outer nozzle 27, cooling effect for a work is improved. Because a tip of the outer nozzle 27 arbitrarily/freely moves/adjusts a relative position for a tip of the inner nozzle 21, an injection range of the cutting auxiliary gas 33 is freely adjusted and an optimum machining condition is easily set.
