Title:
LASER BEAM MACHINING NOZZLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3476441
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining nozzle with which an interference zone is kept small at teaching.
SOLUTION: A supporting member 40 for an optical fiber is connected with the main body part 30 of the machining nozzle equipped with lenses 31 and 32 at machining. An optical fiber 14 which supplies a laser beam is connected with a fiber connector 41. The laser beam machining is performed in the state that the main body part 30 of the machining nozzle and the supporting member 40 for the optical fiber are mounted on a predetermined position of the arm end part 11 of a robot. At teaching, these mounted members are replaced with a supporting member 50 for a camera. The supporting member 50 for a camera (a dummy nozzle) has a similar figure as the main body part 30 of the machining nozzle and supports a camera 51 at a prescribed position. It is possible that the main body part of the machining nozzle is shared at the machining and at the teaching, and the camera is supported by making use of a camera adapter at the teaching. It is also possible that such type of a visual sensor as that which emits a spot light or a slit light is used.
