To provide a nozzle which can realize access to a hard-to-access portion.
The invention relates to a nozzle 14 of a laser beam perforating head for a perforation equipment irradiating a pulsed laser beam. The perforating head comprises a means suitable for assembly of the nozzle. The nozzle comprises the first opening through which the laser beam enters and the second opening out of which the pulsed laser beam exits. A beam focusing means is provided at the upstream side of the second opening. A mirror 145 is arranged at the downstream side of a collimating means in an optical path of laser beam. An angle between output beam and incident beam is designed so as to become less than 180 degrees. The nozzle includes a supply means for supplying laser beam supplementary fluid, which is so composed that the supplementary fluid is discharged in the direction of laser beam from the second opening.
