Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously and efficiently execute laser beam processing of blank materials, such as metallic sheets, separating of works to products and waste materials and classifying and housing of the products to product stockers by a series of stages.
CONSTITUTION: The blank materials M consisting of the metallic sheets, etc., are subjected to cutting by a laser beam machine 8. The works delivered from the laser beam machine 8 are magnetically attracted by a work transfer mechanism 12 and are moved onto a work transporting mechanism 10. The works are transferred to a product stocker 15 side by the work transporting mechanism 10. The works W are separated to the products Wa and the waste materials Wb by a product separating mechanism 14 during the course of transportation of the works W. The separated works Wa are laminated to plural stages by interposing supporting plates therebetween onto product pallets 22 by a product housing mechanism 17 and are classified and housed in this state into the product stockers 15.
