Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the laser beam protective cover arranged with an observation window to clearly and safely observe the state of machined part in laser beam machining.
SOLUTION: The laser beam machine with NC device is constructed so that a laser beam protective cover 23 to shut off a reflection laser beam LB from a laser beam machining part is arranged openable on a work table. In this case, an observation window 27A laminating an outer layer member 29 made of transparent plastic and an inner layer member 29 made of heat resistant glass is arranged in the laser protective cover at the position observable a laser beam machining part, an infrared ray sensor 33 to detect the reflection laser beam LB is arranged to the rear face of inner layer member of the observation window 27A, when the infrared ray sensor 33 receives an infrared laser beam higher than the intensity set, alarm is displayed to the display of NC control device.
