Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the influence of the heat radiation of the electronic cooling device of a laser diode pumping solid-state laser which is so constructed as to have an optical module which is placed on the cooling plane of the electronic cooling device for temperature control and the electronic cooling device housed in a housing and improve the accuracy of the temperature control significantly.
CONSTITUTION: An electronic cooling device 2 is attached inside the outer housing 1 with the heat radiation plane 2a of the device 2 therebetween and, on the other hand, an inner housing 3 is placed on the cooling plane 2b of the electronic cooling device 2 and an optical module 4 is housed in the inner housing 3.
