Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laser image measurement device capable of acquiring an accurate photometry value which is not influenced by environmental change.SOLUTION: The laser image measurement device includes: a reference signal generating section 20 for generating a modulation signal M to be the reference in order to derive the distance to a subject based on the time difference between oscillation time of a laser beam and light reception time of reflectance; a laser beam transmission section 30 for emitting the laser beam which is modulated by the modulation signal M; a laser beam scanning section 40 for emitting a transmission beam L which is shaped by scanning the laser beam; a receiving section 50 for converting the reflectance into a reception signal; a reference reflection plate 6 on which the transmission beam L is radiated by being arranged at a reference fixed distance from a laser beam scanning optical system 5 in the laser beam scanning section 40; and a signal processing section 60 for deriving the distance value Dz of the reference reflection plate 6 and the subject from the reception signal. The laser beam scanning section 40 and the receiving section 50 transmit and receive the reflection beam from the reference reflection plate 6 by the same optical path as for the distance measurement for the subject. The signal processing section 60 corrects the distance value of the subject from a distance fluctuation amount ΔDz of the reference reflection plate 6.
