To provide a laser marker capable of preventing floodlighting displacement of linear light caused by static electricity without generating static displacement of a rocking body by discharging an electric field around the rocking body.

This marker is equipped with a light source unit 9 for emitting laser linear light; the rocking body 8 holding the light source unit 9; a rocking support 3 for supporting the rocking body 8 rockably with respect to a base 1; a plastic body case 10 fixed to the base 1, for covering an internal mechanism; and a discharge means for constituting an unequal electric field between the rocking body 8 and the body case 10, and removing by self-discharge a potential difference generated between the rocking body 8 and the body case 10. The discharge means is constituted of a planar electrode 12 and a tip electrode 11, and conductive fibers may be used preferably for the tip electrode 11.
