Title:
LASER PLATE-MAKING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3404879
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent toner from being stuck and deposited by automatically removing the toner in a developer stuck to a counter electrode member and a pair of squeezing rollers.
CONSTITUTION: In this laser plate-making device forming an original image on a photoconductive sheet member 1 in such a manner that electrification, exposure, development, the squeezing of the developer and fixing are attained while the photoconductive sheet member 1 is being carried by a pair of carrying rollers 2, a developing means is constituted to provide an endless belt like counter electrode member freely rotatably provided along the carrying direction of the sheet member 1 by a driving mechanism, a bias means 38 applying a bias voltage to the counter electrode member, a circulating pump 33 circulating the developer which is housed in a developer container and the molten toner and a discharge means 34 disposed in the vicinity of the counter electrode member and discharging the developer from the circulating pump 33 onto the sheet member 1 and the counter electrode member and a pair of the squeezing rollers 4 nearly come into contact with the counter electrode member with a gap so as not to apply a load to rotation.
