Abstract:
To provide a laser processing device which collects light outgoing from a single laser light source, and can efficiently heat a material to be processed.SOLUTION: A laser processing device 10 has: a fiber laser 22 which outputs laser beam LB; a pair of axicon lens 28 which form laser beam LB to annular beam; an annular beam division optical member 30 which divides annular beam in a radial direction and forms first beam LBand second beam LBof a half-split shape; a light collection optical system 38 which causes first beam LBand second beam LBto approach each other and to collect light; and a feeder 14 which feeds a material to be processed toward a light collection portion of laser beam LB via a clearance between first beam LBand second beam LB.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
