When a filler wire 7 and an optical axis of a laser beam 6 are coaxialized, the laser beam 6 is divided into two by combining two of a convex type roof mirror 2 and a concave type roof mirror 3, so as not to eject the laser beam 6 against a filler wire supply pipe 8. Furthermore, within an interval of the laser beam 6 and via a filler wire guide element from the outside of the laser beam, the filler wire 7 is supplied to the light condensing position and an electrode supported by a water conducting pipe or an electrode supporting pipe is moved closely to the light condensing position.
