PURPOSE: To provide a laser therapeutic apparatus which enables the searching of a trigger point of pains accurately to allow the irradiation of a laser light.
CONSTITUTION: In a laser therapeutic apparatus in which an irradiation port part 4 is kept in contact with a human body to irradiate an affected part with the laser light emitted from a laser oscillating section 5. Stimulation electrodes 6 and 7 are provided at the tip part of the irradiation port part 4 contacting the human body and a stimulation voltage generated with a stimulation voltage generation circuit section (not illustrated is applied between the stimulation electrodes 6 and 7 to stimulate the human body. A point at which the man reacts the most strongly to the stimulation is searched as trigger point of pains. A changeover switch 8 is provided to switch the electrodes 6 and 7 over to a touch sensor circuit section from the stimulation voltage generation circuit part to connect. Thus, the electrodes 6 and 7 are used as touch sensor on the human body thereby achieving an automatic irradiation of the laser light with the detection of touch thereon.
