Abstract:
To provide a laser tracking device with which it is possible to track a moving body with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A laser tracking device 1 comprises an adjustment device 110, a lens barrel 130, and a drive device 170. The adjustment device 110 changes the irradiation direction of a first light wave. The lens barrel 130 irradiates a first light wave whose irradiation direction has been changed by the adjustment device 110. The drive device 170 rotates the lens barrel 130 on the basis of a predicted path of a moving body 3. The accuracy with which the adjustment device 110 changes the irradiation direction of the first light wave is higher than the accuracy with which the drive device 170 rotates the lens barrel. Furthermore, the adjustment device 110 changes the direction of irradiation to a direction in which a change of irradiation direction by rotation of the lens barrel 130 is canceled out, until the moving body 3 is detected after a tracking start condition is met.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
