Abstract:
To provide a laser welding control system that can highly accurately feedback-control a welding condition of laser welding in real time, a laser welding device, and a machine learning device.SOLUTION: This laser welding control system comprises: a band-pass filter 13 through which a beam of a wavelength λ1 for measuring the temperature of a workpiece 2 among beams emitted following radiant heat from a prescribed region 2a including the application position of laser beams applied to the workpiece 2 and set at least in the workpiece 2; a camera 11 that images the beam passed through the band-pass filter 13; temperature distribution image acquisition means 15 for acquiring a temperature distribution image in the prescribed region 2a on the basis of the image acquired through the imaging by the camera 11; and learning means 16 for learning determination of a state of laser welding and/or a welding condition by updating a relationship for determining the state of the laser welding and/or the welding condition on the basis of the temperature distribution image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
