Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to execute laser beam welding of fine wire materials to each other with high reliability.

CONSTITUTION: The ≥2 fine wire materials 1, 1 are subjected to laser beam welding by regulating the positions of these materials with a pair of clamping bodies 2, 2 in the axial direction of irradiation with a laser, clamping the fine wire materials 1, 1 with a pair of pressurizing bodies 3, 3 in a direction orthogonal with the axial direction of the irradiation with the laser in this state, then releasing the clamping bodies 2, 2 and irradiating the fine wire materials 1, 1 clamped by a pair of the pressurizing bodies 3, 3 with the laser beam 6.
