Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for welding a first component and a second component with laser irradiation which suppresses occurrence and progression of a whitening phenomenon while enhancing a welding strength.SOLUTION: A junction portion 16 to which a lid portion 14 is welded by irradiation with a laser beam L is provided on the upper end portion of the outer peripheral wall portion of a case body 13 formed of a resin material having laser beam absorbency. The lid portion 14 closing the upper surface opening portion of the case body 13 is formed of a resin material having laser beam permeability, and has a flange portion 19 welded in a butted state onto the junction portion 16. A projection 20 is provided integrally with the junction portion 16 of the case body 13. A fitted recess 21 which is fitted into the projection 20 and is brought into surface contact with the projection 20 is provided on the flange portion 19 of the lid portion 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
