Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of contour line weldment over long time by reducing surface deterioration of a resin to be welded by thermal decomposition with respect to a resin material with a large area or a three-dimensional shape.SOLUTION: A laser weldment device for resin has a laser head (1) having 3 mechanisms of a mechanism (12) for condensation irradiating a laser beam to neighbor of a boundary of a material to be welded consisting of a light absorptive resin material (52) absorbing a laser beam 11 and a transparent resin material (51) overlaid on the resin material (52), compressive gas spraying mechanisms (30, 31) for conducting cooling and pressing of the light irradiation site surface and roller mechanisms (21 to 22) capable of pressing the light irradiation site by moving in a state where the roller is always in close contact with the resin (51) at an upper side, where the 3 mechanisms can be operated at the same time, and the laser head is capable of contour line movement welding by parallel movement in any direction without rolling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
