A grip 60 provided with an operation part 60e which is operable from any of upper, lower, right, and left directions is attached to a door 4 such that the grip 60 is tiltable from an almost perpendicular non-operation position to any of upper, lower, right, and left directions around a supporting point of a central part, and also one edge of an operation plate 73 provided with a window hole 72 with which the grip 60 engages is pivoted to the door 4. On an outer peripheral part of the grip, a protrusive piece 71 is provided which is configured so that the operation plate 73 can be pushed from the non-operation position to an operation position even when the grip 60 is tilted to any direction from the non-operation position.
