To provide a design of a latch whereby it reacts on no α-impact.
A latch 10 includes an input-circuit element 4 for receiving an input-data value to be stored in the latch 10, a transferring gate 5 which is closed during the input-circuit element 4 so driving the latch 10 as to store the reception-data value in the latch 10, and a feedback circuit 8 for driving the latch 10 when the input-circuit element 4 has stopped already the driving of the latch 10. During the input-circuit element 4 driving the latch 10, the strength of the input-circuit element 4 suffices for the latch 10 not to generate any error caused by α-impacts. When the input-circuit element 4 has stopped the driving of the latch 10, the transferring gate is so opened as to generate the feedback signal for driving the latch 10 with a sufficient strength for any α-impact being not generated in it.
