Abstract:

To simplify a latent heat storage type heating system, and to improve energy efficiency by efficiently utilizing the waste heat of an engine, in a heating system using a latent heat storage material as a heat source for heating fuel.

In this heating system, a heating device 20 stored with the latent heat storage material 32 as the heat source for generating heat and utilizing the latent heat storage material of a supercooled state for directly transferring the heat of solidification to a fuel injection rail 14 is used, a supercooling release means 22 for performing a nucleating operation to release the supercooled state of the latent heat storage material 32 is provided, and the latent heat storage material 32 is heated and dissolved by utilizing a heat transfer member 34 having a characteristic of high thermal conductivity in one direction and transferring the waste heat of the engine to the latent heat storage material 32 via the heat transfer member 34.
