Title:
LATENT HEAT THERMAL STORAGE BODY, LATENT HEAT THERMAL STORAGE PLANT AND OPERATION METHOD FOR LATENT HEAT THERMAL STORAGE PLANT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11153392
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To contrive enhancement of heat transfer performance under high exchange heat quantity by inserting a core rod in a bag body.

A latent heat thermal storage body is made by filling a capsule- shaped, e.g. metal made bag 1 with a liquid 2, e.g. deaerated water, enclosing a gas 3, e.g. inert gas such as nitrogen gas or the like, in a top side of the bag 1, inserting a core rod 6 having a heat insulated coated part 5 through a tapping part 4, and welding and joining the core rod 6 and the outlet part 4 with each other. By such a constitution, when the liquid 2 solidifies, solid is formed from inner wall faces of the bag 1 and the core rod 6 so that solidification speed is increased and unfrozen part is eliminated. When the solid melts, the solid changes into liquid from the inner faces of the core rod 6 and the bag 1 so that melting rate is increased and unmelted part is eliminated. Therefore, heat transfer performance can be greatly enhanced.
