Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mixturize a car moving stroke in a specified moving space by setting rope fixed ends to a car at a level slightly lower than a roof upper surface of the car.
CONSTITUTION: A lateral suspension structure of an elevator car 1 comprises support members fixed on both side surfaces of the elevator car 1, and rope fixing members 2 supported and fixed on upper surfaces of the support members. A rope fixed end 7 for suspending the car 1 is set at a level slightly lower than a roof surface of the car 1. As a result, a moving stroke of the car 1 in a specified moving space is maximized.
