Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation of the reception level due to the different heights of the antenna coils from the inducting line, by distributing two units of the small-size coil as well as two units of the antenna coils distributed horizontally to the inducting line. CONSTITUTION:The antenna coils 2A and 2B are distributed horizontally to the inducting line 1; and the small-size coils 3A and 3B are distributed vertically to the line 1 respectively. The total magnetic flux phi linking to coils 3A and 3B is expressed in the right equation, where the alternating current of line 1 is It, the area of the coils 3A and 3B is S, the number of turns is (n), the height is H, the variation component of the height is DELTAH, and the lateral shift distance is X each. Thus in case the variation factor (reception level) of the magnetic flux is set as W=450mm. and H=400mm. based on the phi with the center position X=0 and the reference height H, the calculation is carried out as shown in the figure. Then the error can be reduced down within about 2% if the compensation is given to the lateral swing detection signal based on the reference line up to 120mm. of the lateral swing with W=450mm. and H=400mm. and with the reception level under X=0 is defined as the reference line.
