Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laterally inclining desk cutter of which cutting capacity in inclining a circular saw blade can be improved.
SOLUTION: A power transmission device is arranged at one side surface side of the circular saw blade 18. In this mechanism, a motor pulley is fixed to a motor shaft, and the first bearing 14 of a saw shaft, a positioning pad 13A, a gear 16 and the second bearing 15 of the saw shaft are provided in an order nearest to the circular saw blade to a saw shaft 13. A pinion 20a mated with the gear, the first bearing 23 of the intermediate shaft opposed to the second bearing of the saw shaft, an intermediate shaft pulley 23 linked to the motor pulley via a belt 29 and the second bearing 22 of the intermediate shaft are provided in the order nearest to the circular saw blade on the intermediate shaft. The gear 16 and the pinion 20a exist at a position nearest to the circular saw blade. A width of the whole of the transmission device can be decreased by narrowing a width of the positioning pad. The cutting capacity L1 when a circular saw main body part 11 is inclined by 45° right, can be increased.
