PURPOSE: To provide a launcher for a PACHINKO machine capable of stopping a cam body at a prescribed stopping position when a game is completed by separating the hand of a player from an operating handle.

CONSTITUTION: A stroke hammer 20 which hits a game ball B at the launching position A of a launching rail 19 in a launching direction, a spring 21 which presses the stroke hammer 20 in a launching direction, a launching motor 22, the operating handle which operates the launching motor 22, and the can body 23 which drives the stroke hammer 20 intermittently in the direction opposite to the launching direction against the spring 21 by the operation of the launching motor 22 are provided. Moreover, a detection switch 37 for stoppage detection which detects the can body 23 at the stopping position C of the cam body 23 coming off the stroke hammer 20, and a control means which stops the launching motor 22 when the switch 37 for stoppage detection detects the cam body 23 after the operation of the operating handle is completed are provided.
