To provide a laundry drier which softly dry an object to be dried with excellent texture.
The laundry drier 1 includes: a rotation drum 120; a mist generator 200 supplying water mist into the rotation drum 120; a heater 315 which heats a fiber structure 2 housed in the rotation drum 120; a water temperature thermistor 331 and an exhaust thermistor 321 for detecting the dryness of the fiber structure 2 housed in the rotation drum 120; and a control part 500. When the heater 315 heats the fiber structure 2 to cause the dryness of the fiber structure 2 detected by the water temperature thermistor 331 and the exhaust thermistor 321 to reach 100%, and thereafter the heater 315 further continuously heats the fiber structure 2 in the rotation drum 120 for a predetermined time, the control part 500 controls the mist generator 200 and the heater 315 to perform a drying step (softly) wherein the mist generator 200 supplies the water mist into the rotation drum 120.
