A support bar (2) with a length being substantially the same as that of the diameter of the neck edge is inserted and fitted to a strongly elastic hose (1) at the center of a hanger main body. When the hanger is put into the clothes to be dried, the center of the hanger main body is pushed in from the upper part of the neck edge. When the hanger is taken out from the clothes, the center of the hanger main body is pulled out from the neck edge. Stoppers (4), (4') are arranged at both the ends of the hose.
