To make lavatory heating equipment utilizable for drying hair also when the hair is washed by providing a hair drier switch on the console panel of a hot-air heater installed to the wall of a lavatory and blowing out hot air from the hot air outlet of the hot-air heater at a blowing rate which is larger than that of the hot air blown out when the heating equipment is operated for heating.
The hot air outlet 5 of a hot-air heater 2 installed to the wall of a lavatory above a washstand is provided with a mobile louver 6 which is split into left and right parts in such a way that each part can independently control wind directions. On a wireless console panel, a hair drier switch is provided together with a power switch, heating switch, ventilation switch, etc. Consequently, the wind direction of the louver 6 can be controlled in such a way that the wind from the louver 6 is concentrated to the center and, at the same time, hot air can be blown out from the hot air outlet 5 of the heater 5 at a blowing rate which is larger than that of the hot air blown out when lavatory heating equipment is operated for heating. Therefore, the lavatory heating equipment can more strongly dry hair than an ordinary portable hair drier does.
