To provide an easily eatable laver black vinegar health food enabling efficiently absorbing active components of laver.

This laver black vinegar health food contains laver paste and black vinegar and is formed in a gelatinous state by the addition of a gelling agent. The laver paste contains baked laver powder and water at the weight ratio of (1:2)-(1:10). The particle diameter of the baked laver powder is 0.5-3 mm. The food contains 1-20 wt.% of the black vinegar, and also one or at least two kinds of fruit juices selected from plum juice, apple juice and lemon juice and 0.5-7 wt.% of the gelling agent.
