Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a lawn mower having reduced fear of contact of an operating handle with a foreign matter, making an operator safely ride and get off even in the lawn mower separable into a walking handling state and a riding handling state.
CONSTITUTION: A riding drive part A is set on the top of a middle part of front and rear wheels 3 and 4 in a traveling machine body equipped with a mower 5 and a handling operating part 9a is set at the free end side of a frame lever 9b rotatably around a horizontal shaft center on a frame 1 of machine body. The handling operating part 9a is changeable from a riding handling state wherein the handling operating part 9a is located on the riding drive part A and a walking handling state wherein the handling operating part 9a is positioned on top of the rear of the machine body to form the frame lever in an inverted L-shaped in a front view of the machine body.
