Abstract:
To produce a medicine substitutive for a conventional medicine comprising a core containing an agent and a film shell or a spongy matrix structure.
This layer medicine having controlled release properties for an agent is prepared by winding a polymer film containing the agent or winding the layer medicine composed of a folded layer. The layers are mutually bonded so that the surface area thereof in the folded state is 25% at the maximum based on the total surface area and the shape is maintained in a digestive fluid for a relatively long time to release at least 30% of the contained agent in its state.
