Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna structure that enables highly reliable jointing without deforming a base material.SOLUTION: A layered antenna includes a plurality of plate-like conductors each having a through-hole, and an alloy layer that lies between the two adjacent conductors and that connects both of them together. The alloy layer is an alloy of the conductor and a second conductor lower in hardness than the conductor. The alloy layer is formed by stacking single-layer plates, pressurizing them and heating them. The single-layer plate is formed by making the second conductor layer cover the conductor serving as a base material and having the through-hole formed in a predetermined shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
